There are 3 ways you can sell your home:

2) I find the buyer and there is no other agency involved. I handle the process from negotiating terms, writing the contract, coordinating inspections and coordinating and shepherding closing. The commission is 5%.
3) Another agent brings the buyer. I handle the process from negotiating terms, coordinating inspections, and coordinating and shepherding closing. Both sides receive 3% each for a total commission of 6%.

Easy Exit Listing
- If for some reason you are not completely satisfied and an offer has not been accepted on the property, you have the right to cancel the listing agreement with 2 weeks written notice with no penalty at all!
- One of the biggest complaints sellers have about real estate agents is a lack of communication, so for during the term of this listing agreement, I promise to communicate with you weekly and let you know about activity on your home--whether that is for showing request, feedback, or any offers. If I miss a week where you don't hear from me via phone, text, or email, you can fire me!
